Welcome to Purpose Planner ("App," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile and web application and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, we recommend using the Services with parental or guardian supervision. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account. 3. Subscription and Billing

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Free trials may be offered and will convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. All billing and cancellation processes are handled by the respective app store provider.

You acknowledge that the accuracy and availability of data from these third parties is not guaranteed.

While the Services are accessible to users 13 and older, individuals under 18 are encouraged to use the Services with the supervision of a parent or guardian, especially when connecting real financial accounts or making decisions based on information provided by the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a harmful or abusive manner. You may cancel your account at any time, but we do not offer refunds for unused portions of subscriptions.
